TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Glow Beauty Center (hereinafter referred to as “the Salon,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and its clients (“you” or “the Client”). By accessing our website, booking appointments online, or availing services at our premises, you agree to these legally binding Terms in compliance with the Laws and Regulations of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), specifically those applicable in Abu Dhabi.

 

  1. Introduction
  • Glow Beauty Center operates as a ladies-only beauty salon under a sole proprietorship license in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
  • These Terms are designed to protect the legal rights and interests of both parties and will be referred to in the event of any dispute, complaint, or legal proceedings.
  • By booking an appointment or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

  1. Appointments and Bookings
  • Booking Confirmation: Appointments are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only upon receiving phone call or WhatsApp confirmation from the Salon.
  • Arrival Time: Clients must arrive at least 5 minutes before their appointment to ensure timely service.
  • Late Arrivals: A delay of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling, or cancellation without refund.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients must notify the Salon at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid cancellation fees (up to 50% of the service fee).
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend an appointment more than without prior notice may result in a 100% charge of the service fee and restrictions on future bookings.

 

Client Misconduct or Abuse of Booking System:

  • Repeated cancellations, missed appointments, or misuse of the booking system may result in suspension or permanent banning from our services.
  • The Salon reserves the right to require prepayment for appointments from clients with a history of non-compliance.

 

  1. Online Payments and Cancellations
  • Prepaid Appointments: If a client pays online for an appointment and cancels at least 24 hours in advance, the prepaid amount can be:
  • Refunded after deducting a 5% administrative fee.
  • Alternatively, the amount can be credited for future services within 90 days of the original appointment date.
  • Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours’ notice):
  • A 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the prepaid amount.
  • The remaining balance can be credited for future services within 90 days.
  • No-Show Policy:

 

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain prepaid promotions, packages, or special offers are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other individuals.

 

Client Responsibility for Payment-Related Disputes:

  • Any fraudulent chargebacks or unjustified disputes with the payment provider will result in legal action under UAE laws.
  • Clients must retain proof of their online payment for reference in case of disputes.

 

  1. Service Policy
  • Ladies Only: Services are exclusively available to female clients.
  • Health and Medical Disclosure: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or pregnancy before receiving any treatment.
  • Service Refusal: The Salon reserves the right to refuse service if the client is deemed unsuitable for the requested service based on professional assessment.

 

Client Responsibility in Case of Disruption or Misuse:

  • Clients interfering with the procedure, ignoring staff instructions, or causing disruption will have their session terminated immediately without refund.
  • Any damage to salon equipment, furniture, or property caused by a client will result in full compensation by the client.

 

  1. Payments and Refunds
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment platforms.
  • Advance Payments: For certain services or high-value appointments, clients may be required to prepay partially or in full.
  • Refunds: Completed services are non-refundable. Refunds for prepaid services are subject to management discretion and will only be issued under exceptional circumstances.
  • Payment Disputes: Any dispute regarding payments must be addressed directly with the Salon within 5 days of the transaction.

 

Fraudulent Payment or Chargeback:

  • Fraudulent chargebacks or baseless payment disputes will result in legal action under UAE law.

 

  1. Gift Vouchers and Promotions
  • Validity Period: Gift vouchers and promotional offers are valid until the stated expiry date.
  • Non-Transferable: Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed by the recipient.
  • Misuse of Vouchers: Unauthorized resale, duplication, or misuse of vouchers will lead to immediate cancellation and potential legal action.

 

  1. Privacy and Data Protection
  • Data Collection: Personal data collected during bookings or inquiries will only be used for appointment management, marketing communications, and customer service purposes.
  • Data Security: All data is securely stored and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s explicit consent, in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 2 of 2019 on Data Protection.
  • Client Responsibility: Clients must ensure that the personal information they provide is accurate and up-to-date.

 

Misuse of Personal Data:

  • Unauthorized sharing of our staff’s personal information or attempts to breach our digital systems will result in immediate legal action under UAE Cybercrime Laws.

 

  1. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
  • Filing Complaints: Any complaints must be submitted in writing via email info@glowbeautycenter.ae or by call within 48 hours of receiving the service.
  • Resolution Process: The Salon will investigate all complaints thoroughly and respond within 24 hours.
  • Legal Jurisdiction: In case of unresolved disputes, legal proceedings will be governed by the laws of the UAE, specifically under the jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi courts.

 

Salon Protection Clause:

  • These Terms will serve as the primary reference document in any dispute, protecting the legal rights of Glow Beauty Center.

 

  1. Changes to Terms & Conditions
  • The Salon reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Clients are encouraged to review these Terms regularly on our website.

CUSTOMER POLICY

  • No Return / No Refund Service
  • Warranty 5 Days (Repairing, Fixing)
  • ⁠⁠Payment On-Spot (Card, Cash, Bank Transfer) No delays ⁠⁠
  • Come on time, according to scheduled appointment, 30 min late is a subject for cancellation, with notifying ⁠
  • ⁠Notify by text/call if being late more than 10 min, at least prior 1 hour ⁠⁠
  • 3 times non-appearance without notifying 24 hours prior, the next appointment will be denied
  • Payment must be made on the spot right after the service is done.
